Unknown Error 10000

What Can i do i am not able to play game every time am start the Game , its not running, only showing this error

Thank you all for your support. This issue should be fixed, so don't forget to restart your device in case you have trouble logging in.

Finally, I can log into my account again after these week of error, thanks EA -despite the missing compensation for us- hope I can finish all the mission in winter-wonder and thunderstruck event in this last day
