Used 85 lambard, need for exchange

Actually EA already gave 3 icon cards replacement for those who accidentally exchange them (Lampard, Cannavaro & Rivaldo)
But now I got an issue. I played for Cannavaro, my current status is 30/40 wins. But today when I played 2 games & won it in a row, it didn't count. Previously it count even the weekly winning already reached.
I accidentally used my 85 rated Lampard needed for exchange. EA please help
