Why I can't login to an account that is linked to Facebook

Can’t login via Facebook in IOS. Whenever I try to login via Facebook it says “sorry, something went wrong”

If it says sorry, something went wrong when ur trying to log in through facebook then its the same issue many players r facing including me. Go to thread post nd reply there and click me too

Fc Mobile suddenly will not connect to Facebook and I can’t access my gameplay. The displayed message is   “sorry something went wrong “. 

All was working then suddenly it won’t connect.

I’ve tried deleting, restarting and reinstalling both apps. Normally this would work but it makes no difference.
Tried several times and also logging out of all browsers. The Settings have not been altered and there are no,connection issues.

the game connects perfectly on my Android device and loads the current gameplay.

Any advice or way to resolve this would be appreciated. 

I have been facing this issues from past 18 days in my iphone nd all ea support say is they r investigating nd trying to fix the issue. Are u only facing this issue on ur iphone ?  Also i cant login in my other phone too via facebook too. Also check my original thread nd press me too nd reply there too.

Hello where is ea support nd experts. Its been 20 days. U cant just try to ignore this. So lame.

Same here for about as long. Locally I have multiple devices connected so I can play on them. But not on my iPad. 

Thanks for the link and reply. I’m only experiencing issues with IPad and I’m able to connect to the games facebook link using my android phone.

i can’t believe that this issue has just been left hanging by EA without any help or update.
