Winter store offer misleading…

This Winter offer right before Christmas clearly stated: 

You can earn one of the 8 rewards below: Each reward can only be claimed once.

The offer was limited to (8) purchases, each costed 1000 FC Mobile Cash or 6250 gems. Clearly indicates if you buy all (8), you get each reward once. I purchased all (8) which cost me 1000 fc cash + 45,500 gems. I pulled the 65-74 reward 3 times and 2m coins reward twice. Never got the 92-95, 88-95, or Mascherano token. 

This is clearly misleading/false advertising and needs to be addressed. Tried ingame help for over a week and they said to post here.
