Winter Wonders Palmer Claim Issue

Question

Hi,&nbsp;After the "Slippery Slope" challenge stopped working, players were given the remaining days granted to them for the 105 Rated Palmer for free. I also got this. I claimed him, and he was sent to my club. I had less than 2000 players in my club, went to find him and I couldn’t. I don't have many 100+ players, so I KNOW I'm just skipping past him. I looked back on the reward section, ans It said I claimed the reward already, I assumed it was just a bug and went on with my day, to find that the next day I still had no palmer despite claiming him. I've found this extremely frustrating, but help would be appreciated. Any further info you need I can provide.&nbsp;Thank you.&nbsp;

Hi - if you have missing content then contact customer service via the in-game settings menu and they can have a look and check whether you have received it, or inadvertently used it in an exchange etc - don't mention the word bug though, "missing content" or "rewards not received"
