I was in FC Champion in VS Attack in division rivals yesterday, and when I opened it today, I saw that my rank had dropped to legendary III without playing or losing a single match

Errors in matchmaking
Everytime i want to play h2h matches or any division rivals matches it's always showing errors. Even when my network is good or connected to wifi, disconnection error appear.
