Can’t Progress Beyond Tutorial / Infinite Loading Screen

Hi Community / Managers, 

I’ve been wanting to try this game on iOS since 2 months ago when this was released in my country. Unfortunately I’ve been stuck with infinite loading screen after the end of tutorial (where I was asked to create user name). 

I’ve reinstalled this many times (each time start as brand new), tried different network connections etc troubleshooting steps that you can think of. 

Consulted EA Help many times, escalated all the way to Tech Team. Again was asked to post here for awareness and resolution. 

Appreciate your attention here and please share any fix possible to get me started. Thanks!
