Game Crashing Constantly – Can’t Play Matches or Complete SBCs
Hi everyone, I’ve been experiencing a major issue with the game lately, and I’m hoping someone here might be able to help or at least confirm they’re facing the same problem. Every time I try to enter a match, the game crashes and kicks me out. The same thing happens when I’m working on SBCs — it just throws me out of the game completely. Right now, I can barely complete 10% of my matches. The rest either crash during the loading screen or mid-game. I contacted EA Support, but they told me this is a known issue that recently started affecting some players and that they can’t offer a fix at the moment. Is anyone else dealing with this? If you’ve found any kind of workaround or solution, I’d really appreciate the help! Thanks in advance.I have a big problem without solution if you haves solution
I have a big problem in the game, which is that every time I enter the game and enter a face-to-face match, I get kicked out, and this is repeated to the point that I haven’t played a single match for two weeks, and when I entered with my phone data, I entered the match, but if I use my home internet, it doesn’t enter
Game Freezes after every Match (FC Tactical)
Dear Team, While playing, the game freezes after every full match. If I skip the games initially no issues, in Ranking matches no issues. But apart from that, for every match that I am playing the game freezes once the match ends. I have to restart the app every time after a full match ends Kindly look into this and help to solve the issue
Can’t Progress Beyond Tutorial / Infinite Loading Screen
Hi Community / Managers, I’ve been wanting to try this game on iOS since 2 months ago when this was released in my country. Unfortunately I’ve been stuck with infinite loading screen after the end of tutorial (where I was asked to create user name). I’ve reinstalled this many times (each time start as brand new), tried different network connections etc troubleshooting steps that you can think of. Consulted EA Help many times, escalated all the way to Tech Team. Again was asked to post here for awareness and resolution. Appreciate your attention here and please share any fix possible to get me started. Thanks!
