Can't access EA FC Tactical

I've lost access to my account due to the usage restriction notice in the loading screen that doesn't allow entering of the game.

I hope can work something out. I really want to continue playing the game with my account as I've invested a lot and built the team up since it's official launch.

I was referred to X from an advisor from the EA Player Help Services to try to get the attention to look to resolve my issue but unfortunately not able to post there.The conversation chat in Help Services sadly has also ended and closed so this is the only option I have left to attention regarding my account access issue to EA FC Tactical and being able to play with the account again.

As of now I don't know the status of my account, and don't know the possibility of the if and when I can get back the account access to playing.

Please do help, I need the attention of the relevent party or the devs to help resolve this for me. It's been a couple of days already since I was locked out. Thanks.
