Game Freezes after every Match (FC Tactical)

Dear Team,

While playing, the game freezes after every full match. If I skip the games initially no issues, in Ranking matches no issues. But apart from that, for every match that I am playing the game freezes once the match ends. I have to restart the app every time after a full match ends

Kindly look into this and help to solve the issue
