Please Git Rid of the Connection Balancing

There's been numerous discussions on Reddit, X, and other platforms about how the game tries to balance out the connection between 2 players on a server. There's been evidence that shows a lot of times the player with the better connection is actually at a disadvantage, as his AI reacts differently compared to his opponents AI. 

Weekend League is a perfect example of the discrepancy going on, please look at the amount of games that go into Extra Time. In years past 30-40% of games would go into Extra Time or even Penalties. In this years installment maybe 10-20% go into Extra Time. Most games are decided by 3 goals or more. 

This isn't a matchup or skill issue, its 100% based on how the game tries to equal things out. I'm not talking about Input Delay or Lag. 

A simple example is your AI players animations are delayed when they attempt a tackle or intercept a pass. Meaning you see your AI attempt to intercept it, but the ball is already way past them before you see the animation start. (This would have zero to do with lag or input delay, because your AI movement is on the sever side)

So why is one player seeing animation delay? This really needs to be overhauled, you're penalizing too many players that have decent connections and rewarding players that are on poor wireless connections

(You have specifically written help articles telling players to try and be on a wired stable connection, but the connection balancing programming is helping the players that are ignoring your advice)
