In this case, it would be recommended to check your NAT type to make sure it is not strict, as that could prevent you from connecting to the servers: https://support.xbox.com/en-IE/help/hardware-network/connect-network/xbox-one-nat-error. Every time I press on NAT type it says it can’t get a Terpedo ID.
