FC 26 Graphics Issues

I just bought FC26 on my HP Pavilion Windows 11 Intel Core 5 120 U with an Intel (R) Graphics Card of 2 GBs. Whenever I try to play a match, everything is in slow motion. The cutscenes, the halftime cutscenes, the prematch cutscenes, the menus, and LITERALLY EVERYTHING ELSE runs at 60 fps smoothly. I don't know what the issue is, can somoene help me out?
