Playing a match for Chelsea and Jackson scores and it says the substitute has scored yet I made no subs at 26 minutes and 50 seconds into the match

If I understood you correctly, the commentator made an error when you scored a goal, calling your goal scorer a substitute when you had made no substitutions yet.
If that is the case, it happens a few times in the game, sometimes they can call a team by the wrong name or get the stadium wrong. They could also make a mistake in recent performance stats. However, it happens very rarely.
