FIFA 16 not showing up in Library

FIFA 16 is not showing up in my library, game only works in Origin.    Game was bought years ago and now I can’t play on the modern app.   Please fix this.

Non of these options are helpful, 

There is no missing games tab on the EA help

If you cannot find the option for missing games, please choose another subject. Usually selecting "EA account" as a product and "I want to update my EA Account information" will give you the option to start a chat.
