FIFA points from the preorder special edition I buy before 2 months

I preordered the fifa 26 I saw it giving fifa points 6000 points , and I get only the first 2000 and I not open the game two months and I don’t see the points this is a bug ?!????

Hello AviadZ27​,

if you haven't logged in during the months since, the Points will be distributed soon. There's been an issue with the delivery of the FC Points, but the team is working on getting those delivered as soon as possible.

    Hey I still haven’t received all the points. from my account still missing 2000 points
