game keeps crashing right at the kick off

hello everyone i have a stupid glitch every time i try to enter any game of fc25 squad battels or rivals or anything it crashes right at the kick off and it doesn't show any error code  i tried everything even getting a new pc and it didn't work  i have tried all of these methods before and none of them worked and as i said i bought a whole new pc and when i try to play with my other account it works well but with this one it doesn't work
