Looking for help with a permanent FIFA/EA FC ban from 2017

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone from the EA community or EA Help can point me in the right direction.

My EA account was hacked/compromised back in 2017, and I believe the person who accessed my account used it for coin transfers or other activity that violated EA’s rules. I did not knowingly participate in any coin transferring or other violations.

As a result, my account received a permanent ban from FIFA/EA FC games, meaning I have been unable to play EA’s FIFA/EA FC games on this account ever since.

It has now been almost 10 years, and I would really like to understand what happened and, if possible, have the original case properly reviewed. I understand that EA needs to enforce its rules, but I believe the fact that my account was compromised at the time should be taken into consideration.

I’m not asking EA to ignore its rules. I’m simply hoping there is a way to have this very old case reviewed and potentially reconsidered. After almost 10 years, I would really appreciate the opportunity to return to EA FC and play on my account again.

If anyone has dealt with a similar situation or knows the correct way to request a review of an old permanent ban, I’d really appreciate any advice.
