Please help me

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing an ongoing issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 – Ultimate Team.

When playing Ultimate Gauntlet 7, after I finish and win the match, I receive the message:
“The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment.”

Because of this error:
- The match result is not counted  
- I do NOT receive any of the rewards  
- This has happened multiple times over the last few days  

I am playing on PlayStation 5, and my internet connection is stable.  
Other game modes work fine – the issue happens only in Ultimate Gauntlet 7.

Please investigate this issue and help restore the missing rewards or advise when this problem will be fixed.

  • Same problem. I am writing to report a persistent issue I have been experiencing for the last four matches since yesterday. Despite completing several matches in hopes that the issue would resolve itself, I have not received any rewards or progression. Furthermore, because these matches are not being recorded, I am unable to claim my progress-based rewards

    I am playing on Xbox, and my internet connection is very stable. I would like to emphasize that this issue is exclusive to this specific mode, as I do not experience any problems in Division Rivals.

    This situation has become quite frustrating as it affects my overall gaming experience. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide a solution.
