Refund Tool Broken

Hi all,

Bought Fifa26, Keeps crashing due to GTX1080 no longer supported, had the game for 30minutes, EA wont show refund on page, AI bot usless and [edit: email address removed] no longer monitored.

I have 24 hours since purchase to get refund processed and cant contact anyone.

Terrible EA service.
