Bring back the old HC/OC/DC/ST system

It was great to have ratings for each coach, and to be able to hire any coach you wanted for any position, even recently retired players. For example, Demeco Ryans has a great playing career, retires, gets hired as a DC, then as a HC. In old maddens you could make this happen with any player or coach you wanted, but now if you want a real life head coach, you're stuck with most of the 32 current head coaches or forced to hire some randomly generated name with no story or history behind him... 

Madden said that the goal of the series was to 'blur the lines between our game and the real life game'...
