Online franchise saved, will it reload after uninstall (Xbox Series X)?

Hi.

I'm currently running what has been a very long franchise created in online mode.  Unfortunately, I need to do an uninstall/reinstall of Madden 24 (Xbox Series X) as it has developed some bugs.  However, I would desperately like to be able to retrieve my existing franchise information after an uninstall. - a lot of time, patience, and effort has been put into it.

I'm not doing anything with MUT (I find it boring.. sorry, EA)

Is the data save and  retrieval possible / will it happen if I uninstall/reinstall, or will I have to start a new online franchise from scratch?  Would it be better for the sanity of  keeping my long-term franchise that I just swallow the trouble and play with the bugs?
