Are you able to go to playstation.com and initiate the download of the Deluxe Edition there?
No I’m not. Very upsetting that the ps4 version works and pe5 doesn’t. Talked to Sony and they said it’s an ea issue and to contact them but no phone number can be found
Community ManagerThere is no phone number for support. You can open a case here to get in touch with an advisor. They should check your entitlements to make sure you have access to the Deluxe Edition if that is what you purchased.
I click that and there is no place to open a case. I’ve been trying all day. This will be the last game I buy from ea!!
