Cannot hear teammates, but they can hear me

Played with 2 friends who are on the PS5, while I am on the Xbox Series X. They could hear me, while I could not hear them. I've played with them before on various games without any problems so this is clearly on EA's end. I looked for answers on here and have noticed people have had the same poblems for 3 years. So, is there a fix for this at all?

@Streetz101 I fixed it. Turns out, I had my mic mix settings turned all the way to game sound. Meaning I was muting any players. Which makes no sense because as I said before, I could my friends on different games. So yeah, this is taken care of.

Hi there, @Streetz101

Chat should be going through the Xbox chat system. Can you see your icon light up in the party chat when you talk?

Edit: I just saw that your friends are on PS5. I'm looking in to this for you as I'm unsure of cross-platform chat.

Appreciate the response. But yeah, when the three of us are in the lobby, the speaker icon shows up to everyone's name to indicate that that person is talking. However, I cannot hear anyone.
