Cant play M25 MUT Squads..

I play on PC.. ive always played MUT with my xbox friends.. we have desync issues when trying to play together since pre release launch.. we hoped the full release would fix the issues but it did not.. at first it would just kick me from lobby back to home screen and desync my duo.. Today in 3 man they both have desynced from matches but i made it through.. Doesnt make any sense.. I only play this game with my friends.. If anyone has any suggestions on a possible fix reach out i would appreciate it!  EA cmon man...
