VERY UPSET

For 2 days straight I have been building my roster, creating a roster and saving everything along the way,out of know where during creation mode i loat everything, I have no clue what happened that is twice now.,you pay 80 bucks for a game and ea sports doesn't even have the balls to take are calls. There cowards in my opinion!!! How do we pkay this game and still creat players, horrible customer service.
