Back in Madden NFL 13 to Madden NFL 15, Photo gameface was available. It got completed discontinued in 2018 because EA mentions compatibility issues with Next Gen Consoles. WWE 2K22 and WWE 2K23 uses a photo face capture for next gen consoles. In my case, the created wrestler looked like Ana De Armas using her picture. For male wrestlers, you could get someone to look like Daniel Craig; once picture is set, you could add facial hair, change to 100 different hairdos. Their face editor also edits the dimensions of the face. Face tatoos can also be added. It would be awesome if Madden could use this elaborate face editor.
For celebrations, I would like my created player to do the Dirty Bird, Bob N Weave, or Tusken Raider Emote after a TD. Having Steph Curry's shimmy after a TD pass would be awesome. Imagine if we could customize TD celebration music such as Andrew WK's "Party Hard".
