I cannot get the companion app to work. I am able to login using ea account (sso via Xbox/et al does not work). However when I try to access Ultimate Team or Franchise I get the “Oops, Something went wrong” message.
Support was not helpful. They said it might be a bug. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you already launched Madden 24 and played a few matches? If so can we try a few steps based on your device your using for the app?

It still is not working
@EA_IlliumYes. I have played a bunch of MUT challenges, solo battles, etc. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Logging in/out as well.
Nothing is working. I continue to receive, “oops something went wrong “
This still isn’t working for me either can we get any sort of solution? @@East
@EA_Illium can we get some kind of input when this will be fixed?
Morning,
try logging out of the app and logging back in. I did this a couple of times and it worked again for me. I’m on iOS for the app and play the game on PS5. Good luck.
