Crucible obsidian bundle

I can't seem to purchase this pack. Does anyone else have the same problem?

I'm not at home at the moment. But after It process's the purchase. It says error. If this error continues reach out to customer service. Which is what I am attempting. The error message was something along those lines.

Thanks for the additional details, which platform are you on?

Also, if you haven't, we can try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides.

Hey @BuyingUrchin01

If the above steps don't help we can also try the following:

Try running the client and game as an admin

Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)

Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
