False advertisement in madden 24 aaron donald 99 pack

99aaron donald is on the front then i bought it and got 2 random people. Follow the EA link for help they said there's nothing they can do they can't look at my end game purchases or access anything ...

Ea help team sent me here. Seems like im doing your job for you. I contacted you with my problem its your job to get me to the help from there not mine to chase someone in a different department. I keep getting led in a huge circle with no answers at all
