Field Pass premium locked after I’ve had it. I’m LVL 26 and it’s now locked.

Hey all,

   Anyone else do the new update, opened MUT, and it said you no longer have the premium field pass that you purchased when season 4 dropped? I have dealt with multiple reps over the last couple days who are saying it’s an ongoing problem. We spent the money already, how could that get taken away?
