Franchise - backups playing instead of starters

It starts with the last game of the regular season, if you have already secured the bye week.   Then it continues all the way through the playoffs.  Even into the Super Bowl if you manage to get there playing all of the backup players.   I have noticed that on the first play of a new series you get the starters just like you have then in your Depth Chart.  Auto-sub, fatigue, and everything else has no impact.  This is a BIG bug.  It does not matter is you are online or off-line franchise mode.
