Franchise - backups playing instead of starters

Please EA fix your F**king game. This is really annoying. The only way the starters play if everyone on the roster gets hurt and when they do come in there at 30 stamina like WTF EA. Can you guys please fix the game. This isn’t the first madden this happens in either. I thought you guys were gonna fix this because of all the trouble you guys had in last years madden game
