H2H Wins Not Counting

this is happening to me too. Im pretty sure it started when i maxed out my season rewards. Im at level 55 now, are you ? Also, in my h2h record its saying i have 0 wins 0 losses. I was in the top 100, but now every time i win i go down in the rankings LMAO

This has been happening for about a week. I think it started happening when I reached level 55 in season 2 (or when I maxed my comp pass on the same day, not sure). But basically, no wins are progressing my H2H season. For example, I attached an image showing my current head to head season is 17-5. Typically after 3 losses the season resets back to 0-0 but thats not happening. Or, after 5 wins you typically go to the playoffs - which is also not happening. Additionally on the H2H leaderboard its saying I have 0 wins and 0 losses. Before this happened I was top 100, but every time i win a game my ranking goes down LMAO. I had over 300+ wins on this account (maybe over 400 but i cant remember). However, it says im 0-0 but still ranked top 150 (how does that make sense?).

I was hoping it would be fixed when the new season updated or even after the new patch with harvest dropping but no go. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled hoping that would help but nope. I typically make coins from winning superbowls but i cant even make it to the playoffs with over 17 games won in the same season lol.
