Have not recieved my beta code for Madden 24

I signed up and still nothing. I had multiple franchise crashes and deletions. Never got 50% off or a beta code due to that.

I signed up in April and it didn’t send me to the your registered screen it sent me to this (click file) and I thought nothing of it till now because when I tried to register again to make sure it went through after it didn’t let me so can someone pls help to make sure I did everything right and when I will receive the beta
