I’m trying to redeem my second Madden 24 beta code after the first one I received crashed and completely stopped working, however when I try and redeem the new 25 digit code on my Xbox it says something went wrong and it won’t give me access to download it.
Hello and thank you the issue is resolved I just had to uninstall the first beta and re install it. Thank you!
EA Staff (Retired)Hi @angelograz04 To confirm your Xbox is unable to find the code as valid to redeem? Also, you mentioned the last code crashed... Do you mean the beta was crashing or you had issues redeeming the first code as well?

EA Staff (Retired)HI @Frogizkermit To confirm does the beta crash or is the code not allowing you to redeem? If the beta is crashing replacing the code on Xbox would not have any change on this.
