[Investigating]Purchased Madden points went to last gen. instead of current gen.

I have only received 18500 out of 37000 points I have purchased. I have 16 hours on PS5 version 0 on PS4 version. Please transfer the rest of my points over to my account.

  • I had the same problem, I bought it recently because it was on sale but I do not have the points on next gen. I have had 3 different cases but they haven't provided any help, I hope it gets fixed soon because I spent an extra 20 dollars just for the game to be the same as standard edition

  • Well I got bad news guys. @EAsports  does not CARE AT ALL! I’ve been trying to resolve this issue since the week the game came out. I’ve had numerous cases and chats with agents and there is a different answer every time. I have $200 worth of madden points that also went to old gen and they flat out do not care. I’ve been told “the team is working this issue” I’ve been told “you need to contact the retailer where the card was purchased” I’ve been told “we cannot move points you have to call Microsoft.” All of these sorry excuses from EA. I’ve called Microsoft and the retailer where I got the points and the confirmed everything was correct and even provided me emails stating this. I sent my proof of purchase of everything, the emails, my gamer tag and everything associated with Madden 24. EA DOES NOT CARE! They said the team is looking into this. Games been out for over 2 months. I really want to get as many people together as possible and reach out to a lawyer and the BBB. 

  • same for me, EA support just closes the cases you make with automated replies with no solution. Contacted xbox support and they told me that they cant do anything about the ingame points which is plausible because the madden points is a currency EA owns right?

    I  assuming we are never getting any kind of update or compensation for this after 3 months now
