@2108bkelly2108 There are two different cover art for the game. Each one is based on the version you have. You can see those Here.
When you go into games and apps, are you not seeing the game anywhere listed under games you own or under the purchase history?
I would also log into Xboxlive.com and make sure if it was digital that the game has processed its payment.

- yes my live account shows the purchase and ao does my console
I ask, because when I went to open up the game at launch on my series X , there was no way to tell which version was S and which was X. they used to have a symbol on lower right hand corner.
So i opened up the only one that worked and after purchasing $300 of points and content plus receiving preorder content, I came to realize inside the gameplay that i was actually in the S version on my series X.
now that both are working (series X and S) i logged into X and came to find none of my content transfered.
Had I been aware of which version of the game I was opening I would not have purchased content. However, it was impossible to know. As far as I can tell on console the only difference is the size of the file. NOTHING SAYS S OR X

@2108bkelly2108 Gotcha, So that is an issue that is currently being reviewed. Due to it being a console, we cannot move all of that over manually. We don't have a way to do that over the forums. There is a larger thread happening right now. and I will move this to that for trackinng with the team.

So you're basically saying that for the people who got absolutely screwed my the game not be labeled properly are just out of all the money they spent? I also spent 250$ on the old gen game. Are you saying our content is literally forever stuck on a version of a game we don't want to or intend to play? ok thanks you get what Im saying?
my console displayed two identical icons for madden 24 and were missing the X and S down in the lower right hand corner that have been used in years past....so you had no idea which version of the game you had loaded into and that lead to me and many other purchasing content on the old version of the game (which was the only one available at launch due to servers) on our next gen consoles.
so we bought hundreds of dollars of useless content and lost game progress because there was not a clear distinction as to what version of the game you were loaded into until you noticed a few gameplay things in h2h play

@MyEvilScheme I did not say anything like that. I said we The CMs cannot move players' content over from one to the other over the forums. The games team is already looking into this. They have to make changes on their end.
i think this has to be fixed because of two errors on EA part:
next gen not available at time of launch
no way to discern version of game
two clear mistakes that lead to problems for people
- @EA_Shepard My apologies, all we want as a community is a direct answer that our content will be transferred and no one is able to give a direct answer on that. So this is an issue that will be fixed in the near future then?
