Madden 24 loading into franchise and met with a black screen

I open Madden 24 up let it load then when I go to select face of the franchise and continue the league it  shows me only my overall and level for a brief second, and then my entire screen goes black music‘s gone everthing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling tried turning my Wi-Fi on and off switching Wi-Fi. Restarting my console and unplugging it nothing it’s worked
