Well here we are day 6 and still no response from EA and the problem still persist. Someone obviously has seen this thread because they moved it to another section and merged it with someone eles's. So they will take the time to move entire thread to another section but CANNOT take the time to even address us and say they understand and are working on the problem. I bet the game doesnt lag if you try and buy points though ? No youtuber has even mentioned this and have e-mailed ALL the top youtubers and NOTHING ! They are all PS5 so they dont give a crap either cause it doesnt effect them.
I knew before i bought the game and i read that the auction houses would be seperate and there was no cross play that PS4 was getting phased out. EA support is a joke ! when the LIVE CHAT option is available( which it is not right now) the people on the other end have zero clue what they are doing and dont even play the game. They just mindlessly read from their list of trouble shooting options and the end they all say " be assured they are aware of the problem and it will be fixed" but its NOT FIXED !!!!!!!!!! and after 6 freagin days. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICLOUS!!!
The truth of the matter is they are committing more servers to the PS5 and DO NOT CARE about supporting PS4. EA already has our money and simply wants us to go away. You must keep posting though to keep this thread alive or the game is broke and we have no other choice but to go spend $500 on a PS5 and THEN start completely from scratch.
THIS IS NOT RIGHT EA TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS !!! DO SOMETHING !!! SAY SOMETHING !!!!
