MADDEN 24/HORRIBLE LAG SINCE PATCH

havent played the game yet today, last time was yesterday evening. I dont expect ANYTHING to change because they just dont give a crap. I would LOVE to hear from someone that its been fixed though. Ive been playing franchise and even that lags as well. Keep posting fellas.

Also it looks like they have moved our thread from  TECHNICAL ISSUES to MADDEN 24 dont know why they did that, probably to bury it so it doesnt get seen. Funny how they will take the time to move an entire thread but wont take 5 minutes to even address us and our concerns. At least treat us like human beings EA CMON !!!!!!

IT LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE TAKEN OUR THREAD MERGED IT WITH ANOTHER, dont know wht they would do this. Hopefully this will get some notice but i doubt it. Saw a post with someone talking about restoring the licenses, im gonna go try that but i have no confidence that it will work. Looks like it works for some but not others.

EA JUST UNDO WHATEVER YOU DID LAST THURSDAY, DAMNIT ! 

I know we are just lowly PS4 users but we DID pay the same amount as PS5 users !!!  we should get the SAME support as PS5 or dont sell the damn game for PS4. Either support the game and console or DO NOT SELL IT

alright folks i just tried this restore license thing that was suggested at the beginning of the thread they merged us with and it did not work. Its still the same crap. I am thinking that the restore license solution may only work if you have a digital copy. So if you got the digital copy give the restore license thing a try and tell me what happens.

For us that have the hard copy i think we may be screwed. Looks like we are gonna have to try and figure this out on our own because EA is obviously not going to help. They have removed the option of LIVE CHAT from their support page now, BIG SURPRISE

I have digital and the restoring license  did not work. Still the same slow * menus.

Well here we are day 6 and still no response from EA and the problem still persist. Someone obviously has seen this thread because they moved it to another section and merged it with someone eles's. So they will take the time to move entire thread to another section but CANNOT take the time to even address us and say they understand and are working on the problem. I bet the game doesnt lag if you try and buy points though ?   No youtuber has even mentioned this and have e-mailed ALL the top youtubers and NOTHING !  They are all PS5 so they dont give a crap either cause it doesnt effect them.

I knew before i bought the game and i read that the auction houses would be seperate and there was no cross play that PS4 was getting phased out. EA support is a joke ! when the LIVE CHAT option is available( which it is not right now) the people on the other end have zero clue what they are doing and dont even play the game. They just mindlessly read from their list of trouble shooting options and the end they all say " be assured they are aware of the problem and it will be fixed"  but its NOT FIXED !!!!!!!!!! and after 6 freagin days. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICLOUS!!!

The truth of the matter is they are committing more servers to the PS5 and DO NOT CARE about supporting PS4. EA already has our money and simply wants us to go away. You must keep posting though to keep this thread alive or the game is broke and we have no other choice but to go spend $500 on a PS5 and THEN start completely from scratch.

THIS IS NOT RIGHT EA TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS !!!   DO SOMETHING !!!  SAY SOMETHING !!!!

It's absolutely a kick in the pants, ea basically is giving ps4 people the bird. It's a * way to do biz!!!

ok im TRYING to play the game right now and fighting thru the 30-60 second delays and as you know you kinda HAVE to look at your objectives to know what to work on. When i go to LIVE EVENTS the dropdown menu opens but you cannot see the options so you have to guess or remember how far down they are. Once again just like yesterday i try and access the TEAM CAPTAINS objectives and i get the EA server error message.

WTF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM BEYOND SICK OF THIS GARBAGE !!

ok so the latest problem

i finally get the objectives menu to work on TEAM CAPTAINS to see what i needed to do and then i dont get my 2 TEAM CAPTAINS upgrade tokens. Annnnnnd now i get the server error AGAIN when trying to look at objectives again.

This game is COMPLETE GARBAGE now and is unplayable at least for old gen. Looks like we're getting screwed fellas
