Madden 25 Servers

Just bought Madden 25 and playing superstar mode with my superstar from College Football 25. everytime i get into a game half way through it disconnects me from the EA servers, i have restarted my playstation and all tried many ways to fix it. nothing seems to be working. when i reload the game eventually after continuously trying to reconnect i loose my game progress and have to restart, then i get kicked out again. please can someone help…
