by the way I have done everything to reboot to cleaning my pc from top to bottom, no bad files ect, i can play every game, but madden 24 i crash? Even on 720 low settings

also running to where my gpu helps my cpu but that didn't fix anything. The game is very demanding on the cpu for what we are getting.
game resolution, I freeze or crash on 720 30 fps low settings, the same way i crash on 2k high settings... Some people are under spec but most people are over spec and having problems.
Please don't negate this info and make me drop madden after 19 years of playing it.
I have a Ryzen 7 5700g and a 12gb 3060 and mine struggles on the lowest graphics 100% utilization and about 10 Celsius more on cpu and gpu than warzone runs on high settings
The game runs 90-100 FPS through the menus, but as soon as I go into a game it is between 30-40. I have my FPS in game locked to 120.
I don't think your 10th gen i7 has enough cores and threads to run the game.
Preach tell them again you have inetlcore 7 I have AMD Radeon Ryzen 3 made 2020 update to Windows 11 two years ago had no issues with Madden 23 but Madden 34 crashes and freezes while loading my HP LAPTOP 💻 loads and runs every game smooth except Madden 24. I update my AMD graphics card Drive and even rollback in case the update caused it but STILL not working. I am awaiting the September Roster update which is done across all platforms for last minute cuts and trades. that should be the update that fixes everything for PC gamers I hope
