CPU- i7 7700k

GPU- 2800 RTX 8GB
RAM - 32GB

Windows 10

All settings on low/off, even tried locking to 30 FPS

1920x1080

Game will freeze/lock up and not recover, while staying at a consistent ~60% CPU usage and nothing off the GPU.
