Crashing when launching the game even when ran as administrator. 

PC Specs:

CPU: I9 11900k

GPU: RTX 3080 12GB Strix OC

RAM: 32 GB at 3600 MHz

Windows 11

Highest Graphic Settings with cap to 120 FPS (when it actually does launch).

1440p Resolution at 144Hz.

The game is not playable when I can't even launch the game.
