  • No matter what settings it still runs like crap

Stuttering or missing inputs in menus. Post snap it goes in slow motion. This isn't a hardware issue because the frames are still high.

The resolution may play a part of it. The lower it is the better the game performs better. But sucks because you want to use you're expensive hardware.
