GTX 1660 Super

16gb of RAM DDR4

Windows 10

All settings on low (locked at 120 fps)

1920x1080

Literally can't play the game it is so slow the moment the ball is snapped. Actually unplayable and steam refuses to refund.

    What is your monitor refresh rate? I know what the specs say, but maybe locking at 60fps would help. Maybe? 

    Is this a laptop or desktop?

    I've been talking to some friends and for them 32 GB of paired RAM is needed.
