MIND NUMBING LAG/PROBLEM NOT SOLVED...NOT SOLVED...NOT SOLVED...NOT SOLVED

Im gonna try this a little different. Since the other thread has been marked SOLVED for reason perhaps they just dont pay attention to the other 400 responses and thought we were just being social. Soooooooo i am trying to make a brand new clean thread perfectly articulating the problem. Lets see if they just combine the thread or maybe they will respond.

EA this problem is NOT SOLVED as you have marked in the other thread.

Since the update in early October your game has basically been unplayable to ALL and i do mean ALL OLD GEN users. Gameplay works fine but ANY menu navigation takes an insane amount of time. Meaning auction house, lineup, sets, objective list pretty much everything in the game besides gameplay takes at least 20-30 seconds before thegame understands the input. As you can imagine this makes things take a LONG time.

For example it took 30 minutes to complete 2 sets and insert the items into my lineup.

EA we paid the same amount for the game as NEW GEN users and the game should be supported as such. Please fix this issue or issue refunds along with all monies spent in the store and PLEASE PLEASE stop selling a game that you know is broken. The game is currently still on sale and it is BROKEN.

I realize the holidays are coming and that is another cash rake but dont defraud your customers. Please fix the game i humbly ask you. If  it cannot be fixed please just tell us and refund our monies.

    EA please fix the lag that Xbox One and PS4 users are experiencing. Ever since the start of season 2, the game is unplayable.

    yes EA please fix the game that we have paid the same amount of money for as NEW GEN users, or dont sell the game. We're not asking for much,only to get what we paid for

    EA it sure would be nice if we could play the game that we paid for, in fact we paid the same amount as NEW GEN users. Games is STILL sometimes up to a full minute before it picks up on the game. Also it would be lovely if i could even look at my current objectives so i know what to do next but it keeps crashing giving me the server error prompt

    EA PLEASE PLEASE FIX YOUR GAME

    Very well put steelheadchris1. EA I am an OG madden user. From the original game. John Madden would be sick at how customers are being treated. You will not let us create help tickets on EA help, you do not answer us here. We deserve what we paid for just like the new gen users. Maybe we need to band together and find out what authorities outside EA say about this.

    what is truly amazing to me is to the day they are STILL selling a game that they KNOW is broken for old gen and they get away with it. Its INSANE ! They have completely ignored us and there is ZERO way to get in touch with ANY kind of support from EA. They have taken ALL avenues away. With that said

    DAY 24 ANNNNNNNNND THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES

    EA THE GAME IS NOT FIXED, THE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED AND THE MIND NUMBING LAG ON YOUR GAME STILL PERSIST. EA YOU CONTINUE TO SELL A PRODUCT THAT IS BROKEN AND YOU ARE STILL DEFRAUDING YOUR CUSTOMERS !

    Please fix the game, we just want what we paid for, no more no less. If the game is broke and cannot be fixed do the right thing and own up to it and issue FULL refunds for the purchase of the game and ALL money spent in the store. Its only right

    funny how we find a loophole with packs or a way to make some coins and they shut that down in 15 minutes but its been 24 days of this and they have done NOTHING !  Just goes to show that if it hurts EA's money they are on it double fast anything else good luck

    DAY 25 AND HEEEEEEEEEEEEEERE WE GO AGAIN

    EA the game is BROKEN with this unbearable lag that makes the game basically unplayable. There is NO way you guys do not know about this at this point. And if not then well your just not paying attention.

    The issue has NOT BEEN SOLVED as you have mistakenly marked on the 400 response thread. Which is why i started this one thinking thats why you were ignoring us. Maybe you guys thought it was fixed and we were just having a social gathering and chi chatting with each other on the other thread LMAO

    Well this thread is here to say....

    THE ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED !!!  THERE IS UP TO A MINUTE DELAY IN ANYTHING YOU DO ON THE GAME FOR OLD GEN

    please fix the game or tell us the truth that it cannot be fixed and issue COMPLETE refunds for the game and in game content thank you

    i reached out and messaged one of these EA admins on here just to see if got a response and to my surprise i did which i DO appreciate. His response however was typical for just how aware EA and its employees are of things. Maybe we ALL should direct message EA_Aljo and all the other EA mods on this board and demand answers

    We're not aware of any lag on old gen NHL 24. I personally play on Xbox One. As does my club. We're also seeing a small number of lag reports in general. The best I can advise is to try the connection "

    I responded by kindly telling him it was MADDEN not NHL  lol, we'll see if i get a 2nd repsonse
