Missing Content in House Rules

So, I know that this problem has been discussed on twitter by many players, and I didn't know if it came here to the forum. Also, I hope that this gets solved before these cards become outdated and cheap on the AH.

Currently in House Rules, when you level up in the pass, you will receive your coins like it states, but you won't get any of the packs. This is the 3 80+ Headliners Packs and the 1 84+ BND Headliners Hero Fantasy Pack. After completing all of the troubleshooting options, these packs still won't show up in my item binder or unopened packs screen. I understand that the game is hot off the press and they are still trying to iron out all of the problems, so here is another task that hopefully the team at EA take care of soon.
