Missing Deluxe edition content!!
I purchased Madden 24 deluxe edition from the Microsoft store and I did not receive any of in game ultimate team content. My 4600 points, or anything. Someone please help!!

Support doesn't help either.
EA support doesnt do *, it does not care about the players. Contacted them multiple times send them screenshots of my chat with Xbox support that xbox cant do anything about this problem because its in the game itself. EA Tells me that the developers cant manually add points to accounts which is stupid because developers can do anything within the game. Now after 3 weeks of talking back and forth with EA and Microsoft i cant refund the game either since its past the 2 week window where you can refund a game so im stuck and EA just took my money.
Basically they wont help and dont care what you tell them and 10 out of 10 times you will get a automated response telling you to contact the retailer where you bought the game from.
