Missing Madden Points after redeemed gift cards

Question

Sunday morning 8/28 I purchased 2 12,000 madden point cards from newegg.com and redeemed them via Xbox Series X.

I then loaded Madden 24 to find I have not received my points. I raised a topic and keep getting passed around to different people saying they will do everything to help before they proceed to ask the same questions without reading the thread or resolving the case.

I then get passed around to another support specialist into an endless loop.

EA help emails back and forth are the same questions over and over without resolve.

Typically it can take 24&nbsp;hrs&nbsp;after the purchase to see your content, If you don't have your purchase after that time you will want to reach out to our support with your&nbsp;Purchase Information, so they can look into this further.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

It has been 36 hours since purchase and I have already uploaded 3 different proof of purchase images.

I am in an endless loop with support who is asking the same questions 20x without reading my threads.

Please resolve as it will take 2 minutes literally!

@EA_Illium&nbsp;then you have me go to the EA Help website where you soft ban people from a solution option.I am unable to live chat, submit another case, find a place to upload images of my proofs of purchase.Instead I have been receiving automated responses for almost 8 hours after 'waiting 24 hours for my points to show up'.Awesome.

@EA_Illium Update: I downloaded Madden 24 old gen and the points are there. I have a series X and my ultimate team is on new gen. Can you transfer the points for me? I just spoke with live chat and said he couldn't even check that for me and was trying to blame newegg. The points are there just on wrong console...
